"Very friendly and a true professional too. Arrived on time, quoted a price after review of my bathroom, kitchen, crawl space. He went to get supplies, came back and it was DONE! I also wanted to get my water heater replaced...at least I thought i did. I mentioned it to my repair man, he inspected the heater. He informed me that he would not recommend replacing at this time, unless I just wanted to spend money...for "spending sake" . He did not care about what was in it for his pocket.
